Mexican Razor [for Paul B.]
razors bleed my brain insane again thank God
skull-headed fetus kisses my mind seam
the coffin is my nursery
darkness awaits feeble light breaks
Alister Crowley hands me his dowry
heading down to Mexico
with tequila on my lashes
last refuge of a purposeless man
even a Mexican tan
and few hits of peyote
can't take the corpse of of my stance
"Heard it was a simpler life here,
now I know thats a lying dream,
'cuz New York's in every town
I greet..."
Sin is everywhere and nowhere
until my corpse bleeds clean
this life a sinister, puposeless
dream.

Mexican Dogs
___________
Skin and bones dog
These leprous dogs
Sleeping, outcast on the road dogs
Hit by a truck dog
Dead, rotting, flat in the hot sun dogs.
Lazarus the dog
With festering sores dog
Stoned by the narrow-minded
Inflamed, peeling skin dog
Barking, famished, begging dogs.
Flea, and mite infested dog
Poor, thin as a rake dog
These Mexican pariah dogs
A wretched, loathsome lot
These skin and bones dogs.
